Terms of service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchase contracts concluded between Kivmi GmbH (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter "Consumer") via the online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum). By clicking the button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

We will confirm the receipt of your order by an automated email immediately after the order is sent. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute an acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order by sending a separate shipping confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within two days.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices listed in the online shop are gross prices, including the statutory Austrian value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

4. Retention of Title

All goods delivered remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

5. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty regulations of the Republic of Austria apply. The warranty period for the delivery of movable goods is 2 years from the date of receipt.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
