1. Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information: We ship all orders from our logistics center in Innsbruck, Austria. We currently deliver to customers within the European Union (EU), Switzerland, UK and Norway.

    Austria: €4,90 - Free shipping on orders over €100

    European Union: €9,90 - Free shipping on orders over €150

    Non-EU Central Europe: €12,90 - Free shipping on orders over €200

    • Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City

    Extended Europe & remote EU: €21,90

    • Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine

    3. Delivery Timelines

    Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our standard delivery times are:

    Austria: 1–3 business days.

    Germany & EU Neighbors: 3–5 business days.

    Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days.

    Please note that these are estimates. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities are beyond our control.

    4. Customs, Duties, and Fees

    Within the EU: No customs duties apply. Prices include the statutory Austrian VAT.

    Non-EU Countries: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, UK, Norway), the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs fees.

    5. Order Tracking

    As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the link provided in the email.

    6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

    Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please document this with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at [Your Email]. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the goods, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
